For more than half a century, the name of our thoroughbred family of bakers has been synonymous with top quality and unrivalled enjoyment!
In 1961, Adolf and Elfreide Sailer opened a small bakery in Obermarkt, laying the foundations for our successful family business.
Adolf Sailer Jr. was already drawn out into the world in 1984, more precisely to Fukuoka in Japan, where he founded a bakery in 1994 and has been delighting the local population with oven-fresh Innviertel bread specialities ever since.
In 1998, his son Rudolf (master confectioner and baker) and his wife Johanna took over his parents' business and expanded it just one year later with a modern confectionery in Braunau.
Their two sons Manuel (master confectioner, baker and miller) and Simon (master confectioner and baker) are also bakers with heart and soul and continue the family tradition.
The opening of the bakery at the new location in Moosbach in 2018 heralded a new chapter in the history of Innviertel baking. What remains unchanged is the incomparable taste of home!
Today, just like sixty years ago, we and our employees, also in the bakery in Moosbach, face the task of individually processing a carefully selected range of high-quality raw materials with commitment, professional expertise and creativity.
