KOBL - Bio in Ried

KOBL is an organic self-service shop in Ried im Innkreis that offers you a variety of regional foods. Some of it comes from our own organic farm Koblstatt in Ried, some from other selected producers in the neighbourhood.

Regional, organic delicacies
When it comes to food, you should always know where it comes from. At KOBL, you not only have the certainty that the products come from the local area, but also that they have been produced according to organic standards.

Who is behind the project?
The Gadermaier family from the Koblstatt organic farm is behind the KOBL. The farm has been in the family for 200 years and is now run organically by Karin and Peter.

How did the organic self-service shop come about?
Karin and Peter wanted to clearly differentiate themselves from what was already available and bring a regional organic range directly from the producer to the customer. And in a special architectural setting.

Our tip:
From now on there are also homemade snacks and healthy and above all delicious snacks made by Maria from the cookery café in the KOBL!
