Playground City Park

Probably the best known and largest playground in the town of Ried is located in the centrally located town park. It is a place of encounter, communication and movement, but also of peace and quiet. This makes it ideal for combining a walk with a visit to the 3,500m² playground. It is also located directly on the walking and cycling route from the city centre to the municipal outdoor pool.

Ried im Innkreis has also created an attractive children's playground for families in the new town park. The children's playground on the Breitsach was voted the most beautiful playground in Austria when it was built.

Children and their parents will find countless exciting play opportunities in the children's playground in the beautifully designed town park, which covers an area of 3,500 m²:

The main attraction is probably the huge play ship with tube slide and climbing facilities, which was newly built for the children in 2003.

A visit to the children's playground can always be easily combined with a walk through the city park. In addition, the walking and cycling route from the city centre to the outdoor pool passes right by - the children's playground invites parents and children to linger.
